Yes — I work with a small number of investors each month on a private 1:1 basis. We go through the full value-add process together. Identifying the right property, finding it, buying it, and building a renovation plan to get it cashflow positive.

Can you look over a deal I'm considering ?
Sometimes, depending on my schedule. Send me a message with the details — purchase price, location, renovation budget, and the numbers. If I have capacity I'll take a look. No guarantees, but I'll always let you know either way.
What's the best way to add value to a property?
Focus on what drives rental yield, not what looks nice. Adding a bedroom almost always gives you the best return. Internally is best and sleepout if need be. After that, kitchen/bathroom upgraders and fresh paint - inside & out.
